Having used Deep South twice, I can say confidently you will not be disappointed. They replaced our entire roof in 2020 and did a fantastic job. This year a tree fell during a storm and damaged the roof putting 8 holes through the roof into the attic. I called Juan immediately to let him know we had damage and would need repairs. Him and his partner were both at my house within an hour to assess the damage and cover the roof to prevent any more damage. They communicated well through the entire process, and his teams did a fantastic job with the roof and gutter repairs. For all your roofing needs, I recommend you give them a call.

We had damage from a storm that blew through on a Saturday night. My husband called and left Juan a message expecting a response on Monday. However, Juan called him within a few minutes on Sunday afternoon. He came out on Monday morning and covered our damage areas that needed immediate attention to prevent leaking. He and his team replaced our roof and one on our rental house next door with professionalism like I’ve never seen from roofers before. They took extra caution with our pool covering it with a large tarp to protect it. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Deep South Roofing Company (DSR) worked closely with us to provide a competitively priced reroof for our home. DSR insured the latest relevant building codes and installation techniques were applied. DSR also aided in the selection of upgraded materials/systems that provided comforting 50-year material and 10-year workmanship warranties. During roof tear down and rebuild (which was completed in a single day), significant felt, shingles, roofing materials… accumulated on our yard, prompting clean up concerns. However, our concerns were quickly dispelled by the thorough cleanup by the DSR crew. Summarizing, DSR provided a timely, very competitively priced, and professional reroof of our home. Something we can be proud of, and be confident DSR will stand behind should there be future issues. We would use them again, and recommend them to others.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had a leak coming through my ceiling and I called Juan at 9:00 am and he was out at my house by 10:15 am the same morning. He was able to get me on his schedule within a few days. He responds quickly and keeps you informed and is there when he says he will be. Very responsible and dependable. He and his crew arrived at 7:10 and was unloaded and on my roof at 7:20. His whole team is hardworking, professional and knows what they are doing. They did my entire roof the same day. I contacted Deep South looking to have my roof replaced. The tech came out to look at my house and informed me that I only needed a few shingles replaced and my roof would last another 6-8 years. They could’ve charged me thousands, but got me at least 6 more years for only a few hundred dollars. I will definitely be calling them back when the time comes to replace the entire roof. I couldn’t be happier with the quality work from this company. I spoke with Deep South by phone on a Tuesday, that evening when I got home from work, Juan came and did an inspection of my roof. He determined what was necessary to fix the issue with my roof. Early Saturday morning, he and his team were at my residence and by 7-8 that evening, the job was done. The ventilation issues I was having for years has been resolved and I couldn’t be happier. Juan is very experienced and professional and holds top notch certifications. Start to finish – gold star in every area! Mr. Hernandez and his crew worked diligently with each member knowing exactly what to do. They took the time to cover all shrubs and important items around the house prior to removing old shingles. My roof decking was inspected and damaged areas were replaced. Bill Bush at Deep South Roofing was Amazing!! He came out and inspected my roof. He explained to me how everything was going to work. He answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had.
